After-Hours Emergencies

All maintenance service requests must be submitted to the management in writing or inputted via your online tenant portal. Emergency calls are monitored after hours, and our after-hours number is (850) 363-8665. This number is to be used only in dealing with the following issues. Any use outside of these listed can be billed to the tenant. 


The following items are considered an emergency:


1. Stoppage caused by sewer blockage.

2. Refrigerator or freezer not cooling.

3. Heater not working in freezing weather.

4. Any fire or potential electrical fire.

5. Water flooding the unit.

6. No hot or warm water. (Must be cold water) 

8. Break-In
